Olajide “Jide” Fagbewesa is the founder and visionary behind MB Foods.

With deep roots in agriculture and a hands-on approach to farming, Jide started MB Foods with a clear mission: to help reposition Nigeria as a global leader in cash crop production and export, while creating meaningful opportunities for local farmers and rural communities. What began as a small operation has become a thriving enterprise built on transparency, integrity, and long-term impact.

At the heart of Jide’s leadership is a strong commitment to organic methods, sustainability, and strict ethical standards, including a zero-tolerance policy for child labour.

He believes agriculture can be a vehicle for generational wealth and national development.

Olajide Jemiseye

Olajide Jemiseye is an agricultural professional with over 30 years of experience in cocoa, cashew, vegetable farming, and oil palm production. He specializes in sustainable practices such as soil management, crop rotation, and pest control, ensuring high-quality yields and efficient resource use.

With expertise in farm management, crop planning, and harvesting, Olajide consistently meets productivity targets and market demands. He embraces agricultural innovation to improve yields, crop quality, and environmental resilience.

As a mentor and team leader, Olajide trains farm staff, fosters collaboration, and promotes knowledge-sharing. He is committed to food security, rural development, and sustainable agriculture.
